On 5 may, the President of Torremuelle and owner of Blankko, Kamran Motamedi, will stand in the dock accused for assaulting a neighbor. The prosecution asks for a three-year sentence



After more than three years, the Criminal Court number 7 of Malaga has set a date at the beginning of the sessions of the Oral Trial against the President of Torremuelle and owner of Blankko, Kamran Motamedi, for assaulting the Vice President of the Association of Neighbors of Torremuelle VETO.

The oral hearing will take place on Friday, May 5 at 10 o'clock in the courtroom. We hope this trial will not be postponed at the last minute for any reason, as was the case with the trial of Motamedi when he was accused for trafficking of drugs, that at the last moment he managed to postpone the trial for "indisposition" of his lawyer.


Prosecutor´s office requests three years of prison for the President of Torremuelle and owner of Blankko, Kamran Motamedi and his brother and two other men due to have attacked to the Vice President of the Association of Neighbours of Torremuelle VETO. It also claims that the three accused must pay him a compensation of 80.250 euros by injuries and physical damage caused.

This incident was occurred during the afternoon of August 8, 2013, in the public area of the look-out Tower of Torremuelle, when Motamedi brothers and our neighbour started an exchange of words as consequence of the illegal works that they were being carried out in the surroundings of the monument.

By the time (according to the letter from the Prosecutor's Office) Motamedi brothers, "being guided by the aim of reduce the physical integrity" of our neighbour, they started to hit him; at the same time two men joined (they were workers who were carrying out the works in the surroundings of the Tower) who held our neighbour's arms, immobilising him so that Kamran Motamedi and his brother "could hit him, becoming both brothers to take advantage of our neighbour´s disability to defend himself, "hitting him several punches on his face". Our neighbour "fell on the ground, what did not cause the stop of the other accused, who taking advantage of his defenseless, started kicking his body", says the letter from Prosecutor's Office.

As result of the assault, our neighbour, of more than 60 years old, suffered several bruises, facial bruising, haemorrhage in the left eye and detached retina; so that he had to undergo three surgeries. He suffers from vision loss of the left eye and reactive depressive disorder as sequels.

For the Prosecutor, the facts told are constitutives of a crime of injury and attend "the aggravating circumstance of malice aforethought" due this it asks them three years in prison for each one of the accused and special disqualification for the exercise of the right to stand as candidate during the time of the sentence. In addition, it claims accuseds to pay a compensation, joinly and severally, the victim with 80.250 euros by injuries and consequences caused.

A year ago, on April 13, 2016, a hearing was held where one of the witnesses declared.



Convicted to two years of prison for trafficking of drugs

In September 2015, Kamran Motamedi, owner of Blankko and President of Torremuelle, declared himself guilty in the Criminal Court of Malaga because of production, possession and drug trafficking. He has been convicted to two years in prison and 4000€ of fine (HERE).

Motamedi recognized the felony as part an agreement between lawyers and prosecutor, so it was not necessary the statement of the witnesses neither the agents of Civil Guard.

The owner of Blankko and the other person implicated who accompanied him, C.J.D.S., have recognized to be the perpetrators of the laboratory that was dismantled by the Civil Guard in a house in Alhaurín de la Torre on March 2012, where they expected to grow marijuana in big scale

In the sentence says that Motamedi had material for growing marijuana in the basement of the Hotel Vista de Rey.

And the material for growing marijuana was transported from Torremuelle to Alhaurin de la Torre with the van of the community.
